How do I return a defective, incomplete or broken item?

You can return products that are not to your liking, provided they have not been assembled or used. Don't forget to include your order reference or invoice number with the return package. Send it to the following address

As soon as we receive your return, our team will check the parts and refund you using the same method of payment you used, usually within 14 days.

Important: We will not process returns sent without an invoice, order number or other sender identification.

What if I want to return a non-defective product?

We accept returns for life (except for perishable products), provided the product is in perfect condition, unassembled and in its original packaging. In this case, you are responsible for return shipping costs:

  • Return shipping costs: You are responsible for choosing the mode of transport.
  • Refund period: Refunds will be made by the same means of payment within 14 days of receipt of your package.
  • No additional charges: No restocking charges will be applied.

What should I do if I receive a faulty product?

If the product is faulty, we offer you two options:

  • Full refund via the same payment method.
  • Reshipment of the order at no extra cost.

Tips to avoid unnecessary returns

Returns generate CO₂ emissions. Therefore, if you have any doubts about a reference, we invite you to contact us before making a purchase. We can then help you choose the right part and avoid double orders.
